Don't take our word for it... Bo's has won numerous awards, year after year, for our Olde Fashioned Steamed Crabs. And we serve them all year long!
What makes them so unique? Every step of our process is unaltered from the way it was done over 45 years ago, from the hand blended seasonings, to our insistence on steaming small individual batches. Sure, it’s labor intensive, but we feel our guests are worth it.

Big O's Chop Chop
Chopped iceburg and romaine lettuce tossed with diced chicken, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, corn, bacon, cucumbers, croutons, cheddar cheese, pecans, and Betty's homemade blue cheese dressing. $12

At Bo Brooks, we pride ourselves in maintaining the delicate ecological balance here in the Chesapeake Bay. We are a partner in the Oyster Recovery Partnership, where recycled oyster shells are reused and replanted in the Bay to provide crucial habitat for new oys-ters and other important marine life. In addition, we recycle all of our used soy oil to Atlantic BioFuels, who then transform it into usable Bio-Diesel. We do our part to keep the bay clean and life abundant. Thanks for your support!
